Mr. Robert Madubanya, founder of Morobi Group of companies. He has over 15 years of experience in accounting within the construction industry having held executive roles with various reputable listed companies. During his career, he was exposed to cross border transactions from various responsibilities in construction projects in South Africa, Tanzania, Botswana, Zambia and Namibia. Robert has a sound understanding of both financial elements of business management, as well as the construction industry given his history with the sector. In addition, he has developed strong people and change management skills through his exposure to change processes in the corporate executive years of his career.

Mr. V. Rajagopal, A Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with vast and rich experience in Air Preheater since starting with BHEL in 1975. He was first trained at Combustion Engineering, USA and later headed the Air Preheater Division in Alstom, India. He has worked with most of the Air Preheater Designs available around the globe and he is actively involved in its selection, design and field engineering. He is the Recipient of Award for “Outstanding Achievements in Business Excellence and Quality” from Indian Achievers Forum, New Delhi.

Mr. C. Gunasekaran, A versatile entrepreneur who guides and monitors the overall work flow of GEECO with extra care on Financial Activities and is instrumental in making sound investment decisions. He also monitors financial outcome against the Company's plans and budgets.

Mr. V. R. Vijayaprakash, is recognised for his transformational leadership, marked by a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic acumen. With a foundation in Mechanical Engineering, he furthered his education in Germany, earning dual Master’s degrees – one in Management and the other in Computational Engineering. This diverse academic background has equipped him with a deep understanding of complex systems and a forward-thinking approach to innovation. During his tenure at Bombardier and CD-Adapco in Germany, he established global benchmarks for engineering excellence. Since joining GEECO, he has demonstrated unwavering dedication to the company’s growth, making impactful contributions across multiple departments. His relentless drive and outstanding leadership capabilities led to his swift elevation to the role of CEO. His leadership philosophy centres on empowering employees and fostering a collaborative culture that drives organisational excellence and sustainable growth.
